The otorhinolaryngology handpiece indicated for laser surgeries is a Class I, reusable medical device for exclusive use by surgeons in procedures performed with laser devices. It has an ergonomic design that facilitates its grip by the surgeon and is compatible with the optical fibers used in diode laser equipment.

Made with fully biocompatible materials – stainless steel, ABS (a copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene) it has an expected useful life of five years thanks to its ABS coating that combines high resistance to both mechanical impacts and high temperatures.

The Laser Surgery Handpiece is sterilizable, after use, by exposing it to water vapor in an autoclave, at a temperature of 134ºC (407K) – maximum exposure time of 10 minutes – or at a temperature of 121ºC (394K) – maximum exposure time of 20 minutes, with a maximum exposure time of 20 min.
